Collection: Kanto Region

In the Kanto region, whose weather is generally milder than other areas of Japan, rice from the prefecture of Ibaraki is especially good. Utilizing some of the oldest strains and producing rice in the same manner as their ancestors did, 350,000 tons of rice are reported to be harvested each year throughout the region.
