From Kankiku Meijo, the producer of the hugely popular Kanagiku currently experiencing a major breakthrough, we have newly stocked the highly popular product, Kanagiku "OCEAN99 Shiroganeumi -Snow Sea-," which had been limited in quantity since its arrival last year. The rice polishing ratio has been changed from 55% last year to 50%. It is a cloudy sake from Kanagiku, inspired by the sea of Kujukuri, which is colored by the snow that may fall only once a year. Aimed for a taste reminiscent of an adult version of Calpis soda – slightly richer but with a silky and light drinking feel. You may also feel a slight effervescence when the bottle is first opened, making it perfect for toasting. Please enjoy it to the fullest.
