We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Company Information

References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the Company.
“You” refers to any user or customer accessing the website.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol from our website. We reserve the right to request identification upon delivery. Orders will not be released to persons under 18.

3. Accounts Responsibility

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

4. Shipping & Delivery

* Free chilled islandwide delivery for orders above $150.
* Orders below $150 incur a $15 delivery fee.
* Contactless delivery is available upon request. Once delivered, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.
* Address changes after 30 minutes from order placement may incur a $15 redelivery fee.
* A $15 redelivery fee applies if delivery fails due to inaccessibility, incorrect address, or if no eligible adult (18+) is present to receive the order.

5. Breakage & Damage

All orders are packed with care. If you receive a damaged bottle:

* Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
* Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.

If validated, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not liable for damage caused by mishandling after delivery or reports made beyond 24 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return Window  
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility  
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of alcoholic products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind once the product has been opened.

Return Process  
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sakeya.sg within the return window.

Return Costs  
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items  
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

* Use the website for unlawful purposes.
* Submit false or misleading information.
* Interfere with the website’s security or functionality.

We reserve the right to suspend access if these terms are violated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

* Delivery delays beyond our reasonable control
* Loss or damage occurring after successful delivery
* Technical errors or inaccuracies on the website
* Unauthorized access to your account

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
