You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or purchase sake. We will not deliver to or hand over sake to anyone under 18.

To place an order, you may be asked to create an account.

Please provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Free chilled islandwide delivery for orders above $150.

• Orders below $150 will incur a $15 delivery fee (ERP charges excluded).

• Sentosa delivery surcharge:

• $6 from 7–12pm & 2–5pm

• $2 from 12–2pm & 5–7pm

• Same-day 3-hour delivery is available only on Fridays and Saturdays (subject to availability).

• You may opt for contactless delivery (left at doorstep). Once delivered, you are responsible for the product. We are not liable for loss or damage after delivery.

• If delivery fails due to inaccessibility or wrong address, we’ll contact you.

Address changes after 30 minutes from order placement may incur a $15 redelivery fee.

• IMPORTANT: We will not deliver sake to anyone under 18. A $15 redelivery fee applies if an underage person is present to receive it.

5. Breakage Policy

We carefully pack all orders. However, if you receive a damaged bottle:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Provide photos showing the damage and packaging.

• If valid, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Sakeya.sg is not liable for breakages due to customer mishandling or damage reported after 24 hours.

6. Subscription Plan

Enjoy exclusive benefits through our subscription plans:

• Choose a 6-month or 12-month plan.

• 10% off all items and 20% off up to 2 bottles/month.

• Discounts are optional and not carried forward.

• Subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable after the term begins.

• Sakeya may update or end the subscription anytime.

You agree to:

• Not post or share offensive, false, or harmful content.

• Not attempt to hack or misuse our website.

• Notify us of any suspicious activity or content.
