Miyaizumi Brewery

The Miyaizumi Sake Brewery, established in 1954, has been cherished and especially adored by locals. It utilizes only the underflow water of Mt. Bandai and rice from contracted farmers to craft many of its renowned products, such as its Super-Dry Taste Oni-Goroshi, Junmai-daiginjyo (a sake brewed only with polished rice, malted rice, and water), Sharaku (which is especially beloved for its Ukiyoe painting designs by overseas travelers), Shochu (Japanese white distilled liquor) Genbu, and many other types of sake.
