Raifuku Brewery

Located in the Ibaraki prefecture of Japan's Kanto region, north of Tokyo, Raifuku Brewery has stood for three centuries. The purity of the water drawn from the Tsukuba mountains allows them to create their specialty: developing yeast from flowers, which they call "Hanakobo" (Hana meaning flowers and kobo representing yeast). Utilizing a broad variety of flowers produces a specific taste of sake belonging only to Raifuku Brewery.
