Aihara Shuzo Co., Ltd. is a small, family-run sake brewery founded in 1875 in Kure City, Hiroshima. With nearly 150 years of tradition, it focuses on quality over volume, specialising in elegant ginjo-style sake. Using premium sake rice and Hiroshima’s soft water, Aihara produces clean, refined, gently aromatic sake with subtle fruit notes and a smooth, graceful finish, well suited to both Japanese and modern cuisine.
