Sake Matsuri 2022

On 25 June 2022, the Sake Matsuri Festival was held at UE Square for the purpose of promoting appreciation for sake through culture, craftsmanship, and lifestyle. Certified sommeliers were present to educate guests on the unique methods of Japanese brewers and introduce them to some of their best sake. Over 1000 guests attended the event, Sakeya dedicated to the presentation of nine different sakes for tasting.


MAG'S Sake Pairing
The exclusive MAG's Sake Dinner Event on August 17, 2022, at MAG's Wine Kitchen (as it was awarded a Michelin Plate 2021). This special event will provide an unforgettable pairing of exquisite sake and food to demonstrate the powerful combination of the two and how their amino acids blend together to form an appreciation of umami. Every tasty sake selected has been properly chosen to enhance the flavor of each course served.


Oishii Kanpai 2022
On 1 October 2022, World Sake Day, Sake Pairing and Buffet dinner at Goodwood Park Hotel, which was attended by over 150 guests and Master Sake Sommelier Joshua Kalinan. The event featured only the highest quality, small batches of craft sake imported directly from Japanese breweries, all kept at chilled temperatures to preserve their flavour and aroma.

Four Hands Dinner at MAG'S 12 July
