Fukurokuju Brewery

Founded in 1688 in Gojome-machi, Akita, Fukurokuju Brewery has long focused on sake brewing that highlights local ingredients through close partnerships with regional rice farmers. Launched in 2006, the Ippaku Suisei brand quickly gained popularity for its clean, modern appeal. Brewed with medium-hard well water, these sakes deliver a smooth, crisp finish with excellent balance.
