"Sekai Itto" is a sake brewery in Wakayama City, Wakayama Prefecture. The brewery's name, bestowed by Okuma Shigenobu, comes from the name "Sekai Itto" which was owned by the brewer's ancestor, the naturalist Minakata Kumagusu. Their flagship product, "Minakata," has won numerous awards in contests both domestically and internationally. "Minakata Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate Muroka Nama Genshu" is a Junmai Ginjo known for its rich and fresh taste characteristic of an unfiltered raw sake. It is a limited seasonal fresh press.
