In Ryuo Town, Matsuse Sake Brewery uses Yamada Nishiki rice grown in soil composed of disparate elements such as clay, mountain soil, sand, and gravel. This allows for the birth of a unique individuality in the soil, which in turn contributes to the distinctive aroma of pineapple and kiwi found in this sake. The palate holds flavors of strawberry, apricot, coconut, and saltiness, while it finishes with spicy white pepper notes.
