Crafted with white koji for its flavor structure and utilizing a newly developed yeast from Shiga Prefecture, it represents two bold experiments. This combination expresses the expanding universe of sake and its "evolution." Enjoy the burst of fruity aroma and the taste that is both delicate and bold. Delight in the evolving flavors hidden within, as if uncovering the mysteries in the depths of her eyes.
