This sake has an elegant and distinct fragrance, with notes of banana and melon. It has a beautiful taste with a slight sweetness that wraps around the tongue. As the temperature rises, it will change slightly with an increased sweetness that doesn't overpower its beautiful transparency. This is a taste experience that comes with maturity. It's a crisp melon flavour, but with a sweet ripeness at its centre, that complements sake exceedingly well. The texture is fine, smooth, and converges early. Undeniably, it reflects the ultimate in sake.
