With its scent of fresh tropical fruits reminiscent of pineapple and lychee, this sake has a mellow umami flavor and a firm sweetness, accompanied by a beautiful acidity that harmoniously binds them together. The spiciness is moderately balanced and its overall harmony is well-rounded. An increase in temperature around 10°C compared to chilled sake further expands its aroma and taste.
