Collection: Ugonotsuki

Ugonotsuki, meaning “Moon After the Rain,” was named by second-generation brewer Tadashi Aihara of Aihara Shuzo Co., Ltd., inspired by Kenjiro Tokutomi’s 1883 work Nature and Life. The name reflects Aihara’s belief that the brewery’s clear, beautiful sake should illuminate its surroundings like a bright, shining moon, expressing purity, calm, and quiet elegance.
