Miyaizumi
This Junmai Ginjo uses Hyogo Prefecture's king of sake rice, "Yamadanishiki", which exudes a cantaloupe-like, pleasant, melon-fruit-based ginjo aroma. Its taste is moist and sweet when in the mouth, and it has a delicate and long aftertaste. This sake pairs excellently with a wide variety of cuisines, such as seafood, sushi, and sashimi, and can be enjoyed cold.
