Aihara Brewery

Founded in the 8th year of the Meiji era (1875), Aihara Shuzo Co., Ltd. is located in Kure City, Hiroshima, near Nigata Port—once a key hub along historic sea routes. Since its founding, the brewery has remained dedicated to crafting invigorating, clear sake, serving local communities through both the Meiji and Showa eras and preserving a tradition that continues today.
