The taste and flavor of the rice are rich and the sake has a pleasant level of intensity and sharpness. It is fermented with 55% polished rice of "Hitome-bore" – favored only in Sendai, with careful temperature control. Like the award-winning Katsuyama Kengo, this is a delicious, freshly made sake that you can only enjoy for a limited time!
