Matsu no Tsukasa Junmai Daiginjo Ryuo Yamadanishiki Yuge is a premium Junmai Daiginjo brewed by Matsuse Sake Brewery in Shiga Prefecture using carefully selected Yamadanishiki rice grown in Ryuo, one of Japan's most renowned regions for cultivating exceptional sake rice. Polished to 40%, this sake beautifully expresses the purity of the rice with elegance and precision.

The aroma is refined and expressive, offering delicate notes of white flowers, Asian pear, melon, and a touch of citrus. On the palate, it is silky and beautifully balanced, with gentle fruit sweetness, subtle umami, and fine minerality. The finish is long, clean, and graceful, leaving a lasting impression of sophistication.
