勝山 特別純米「縁」

This sake features both local rice and the soft water of Izumigatake. The delicate structure creates a pleasant aroma and taste of rice with a hint of sweetness and a short, crisp finish of Japanese nashi pear. It has a modern style, with intense aromas of juicy nectarines and citrus, followed by a hint of persimmon on the long finish.
