Matsuse Brewery

Matsuse Sake Brewery is well known for its sakes’ refreshing taste and delicate umami. This renown sake is produced using the subsoil water of the Aichi River in the Suzuka mountain range. Located 120 meters underground, the water used for brewing produces sake with a dignified taste and deep flavor. Highly popular in Kansai region, particularly in Shiga Prefecture, Matsuse Sake Brewery has now become a brewery that represents the entire prefecture.
