Raifuku Junmai Ginjo Hiyaoroshi
Sunflower yeast has a light and slightly sweet scent in contrast to the scent of other flower yeast. It pairs well with Heikei Sake No. 18, a rare variety akin to the Yamada Nishiki lineage. This Sake can be enjoyed cold or at room temperature; its taste will remain rich and full, and its aftertaste will be a refreshing bitterness on the tongue that encourages further drinking.
