One of Japan's three major rice-producing areas. Known for its high-quality Yamada Nishiki rice and blessed with the abundant waters of the Chikugo River, it boasts a flavor profile that is both rich and deep. The name of the sake, which translates to "Nightingale," was inspired by the sight of a nightingale quenching its thirst with the spring water in a garden. Niwanouguisu Oukaraguisu is a gentle dry sake made exclusively from Yamada Nishiki rice, collaboratively cultivated in our own fields with local farmers, valuing the natural flavor of the rice. It can be enjoyed chilled or warmed, offering a rich and flavorful experience either way.
