The Niizawa brewery sought to discover how much rice could be milled down with their new rice polisher, resulting in Hakurakusei Super 7 – the first sake in Japan with a single-digit polishing rate. This sake boasts a refreshing pineapple-like taste, accompanied by an elegant and gentle aroma that brings to mind Muscat. Thanks to its delicate quality, Super 7 pairs well with any dish, especially bringing out the high-quality umami of "reverberation" when enjoyed with lighter dishes.
